Naveen Omari

Founder & Chief Executive Officer

Naveen Omari founded Eden ABA Therapy with a vision to make compassionate, high-quality autism services more accessible to families.

Driven by a commitment to improving the lives of children and families, Naveen focuses on creating an organization where clinical excellence, ethical care, innovation, and family partnership come together to create meaningful outcomes.

His vision is to build an organization that not only provides exceptional ABA therapy but also supports families throughout every stage of their journey.

Steve Dang

Founder & Strategic Growth Partner

Steve Dang brings entrepreneurial leadership, strategic development expertise, and a commitment to long-term organizational growth.

His focus is helping Eden ABA Therapy expand access to quality autism services while building systems that support clinical excellence, operational efficiency, and positive family experiences.

Regional Clinical Director

Provides clinical oversight, mentorship, quality assurance, and leadership across programs and locations.

Director of RBT Development

Supports Registered Behavior Technician training, professional development, coaching, and clinical consistency.

Registered Behavior Technician (RBT)

Provides direct ABA therapy while implementing treatment plans under BCBA supervision.
