Required / Expected
- RBT credential or willingness to work toward role-specific requirements if applicable
- High school diploma or equivalent where required
- Ability to work reliably in assigned service settings

- Ability to document session activity accurately
Preferred
- Prior ABA, childcare, education, healthcare, or autism support experience
- Existing RBT certification
