Eden ABA Therapy understands that health information about you and your child is personal. We are committed to protecting protected health information (PHI) in accordance with applicable privacy laws, including HIPAA where applicable.

We reserve the right to change this notice. Revised notices will apply to all PHI we maintain and will be available upon request and on our website.
