Overview

Develop individualized treatment plans, supervise clinical programming, review client progress, mentor RBTs, and collaborate closely with families.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct assessments and develop individualized treatment plans
  • Supervise and mentor RBTs and behavior technicians
  • Analyze data and adjust programming to support client outcomes
  • Collaborate with families, schools, and interdisciplinary partners
  • Ensure clinical quality and documentation standards

Qualifications

  • Current BCBA certification in good standing
  • Master's degree in ABA, psychology, or related field
  • Experience supervising direct care staff
  • Strong communication and family engagement skills

Preferred Experience

  • Experience with early intervention and school-based ABA
  • Familiarity with Virginia Medicaid and insurance authorizations
